Need to Know

  • Keeping your contact information up to date is key to ensuring your safety and security with Coleman Alarms & Services. We also recommend changing your password regularly to further strengthen the protection of your account information.

  • Please inform us of any changes made to your contact information so that we can quickly and easily reach you in case of an emergency.

​

  • If you have any work or changes done on your landline please let us know so we can ensure your alarm is still reporting properly.

​

  • If you have a false alarm feel free to call the monitoring center directly at (800) 432-1429 or (575) 258-4907. If you do not answer or call, local responders will be dispatched. 

​

  • If you need any help with your Alarm Permit application please feel free to call our office for assistance. 

​

  • Do not forget that you may qualify for a discount through your home insurance if you have a monitored alarm system. Call your insurance company to inquire if you may qualify. Coleman Alarms & Services will be more than happy to provide you with an "Alarm Certificate" if you have current service with us.
